Responsibilities
1. Lead creative and content strategy across multiple channels
2. Own creative concepts from ideation to delivery
3. Manage and develop a team of creatives and writers
4. Define and evolve brand voice and visual direction
5. Oversee production across digital, video and physical formats
6. Ensure creative work delivers against commercial and engagement goals
7. Present ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders
8. Balance creative ambition with deadlines, budgets and priorities
What They're Looking For
9. Senior experience (agency or in-house)
10. Comfortable operating at Lead / Associate CD level
11. Strong concepting, art direction and storytelling skills
12. Experience managing and mentoring creatives
13. Confident presenting and influencing at senior level
14. Strong understanding of production (pre & post)
15. A polished portfolio showing high-quality campaigns and content
