Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to our Senior Management member including managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, handling phone calls and emails, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining accurate records and databases, etc.
Requirements
2. Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training from recognized institutes
3. At least 7 years relevant experience in serving top management
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality
8. Attention to detail and accuracy
9. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
