Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Croydon Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour Job Duties: The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN). This includes developing and implementing individualised learning plans, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of each student, and monitoring progress closely. Required Qualifications: - Relevant experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN - Strong understanding of SEN educational strategies and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: A relevant teaching qualification or certification Experience: Prior experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: - In-depth knowledge of SEN educational needs and best practises - Ability to assess individual student requirements and tailor teaching methods accordingly - Excellent communication skills to liaise with students, parents, and educational staff Working Conditions: The SEN Tutor will work part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting in Croydon. The role may involve working closely with other educational professionals and parents to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for each student.
