* Support students (KS2-KS5) 1:1 or in small groups
* Assist with academic, sensory, and emotional development
* Deliver flexible, outdoor-focused learning
* Build strong relationships and support behaviour management
What You'll Need:
* Experience with SEN/SEMH (preferred)
* Calm, empathetic, and adaptable nature
* Willingness to work outdoors year-round
* DBS (or willingness to obtain)
