As a Leisure Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and leisure club. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of spa professionals, including therapists, and support staff. Supervise their work, provide feedback, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and manage the spa's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue generation through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain high-quality spa services and ensure all treatments and therapies meet or exceed industry standards.
Oversee the procurement and inventory of spa and leisure products and equipment.
Manage all areas of the leisure club, including pool and water management. To be successful in this role you need to have
Proven experience as Leisure Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends.
A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
