Info about what the Maintenance Engineer role entails **DAY SHIFT** (not weekend or evening work) * Mon to Thurs 8am to 4:30pm * Fri 8am to 3pm Key Responsibilities: * Electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of plant and machinery * Diagnosing issues on PLC controlled systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response * Installing and upgrading machinery and equipment * Supporting site facilities and working with external contractors * Contributing to continuous improvement and site development projects Essential Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer * NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification * Either Time Served apprenticeship or equivalent experience * Strong electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment * PLC fault-finding experience (ie Omron, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi ideal) * Positive, problem-solving mindset with flexibili...
