Supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development

Assessing and tracking pupil progress using the school's assessment frameworks
Providing quality feedback to pupils and engaging parents in learning
Leading class routines, playtime supervision, and contributing to assemblies
Collaborating with TA's and Inclusion teams to maximise pupil outcomes
