Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Role Purpose
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for managing all free trade accounts within a designated territory. The role focuses on driving sales and profit by executing a clear free trade strategy.
Key Accountabilities
* Achieve volume and profit targets for own-brewed products
* Conduct effective territory planning and customer account management
* Generate new business to meet account acquisition targets
* Maximise sales across the product portfolio within existing accounts
* Leverage sales promotions and marketing materials to increase performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders
* Secure trade through investment proposals that support customer growth
* Represent the product portfolio with passion and professionalism

Person Specification
