Consumer Insights Executive
As the Consumer Insights Executive, you'll analyze customer feedback, conduct research, and deliver actionable insights to inform our business strategy and improve customer experiences.
1. Scripting, analyzing, and presenting findings from customer research studies.
2. Supporting the consumer sentiment program, tracking shifts in customer attitudes.
3. Managing and analyzing data from our Consumer Experience program.
4. Collaborating with the Customer Insight Manager to brief and deliver research projects.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in a market research role, either agency or client side.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
* Proficient in Excel; experience in scripting and analyzing surveys is a plus.
* Passion for customer insights and a curious, results-driven attitude.
