Corserv Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated individual with a proven ability to lead a design team and support infrastructure project delivery. This role involves leading and managing multidisciplinary civil engineering projects.
You will oversee a growing team of engineers and technicians within the design group.
About you
To succeed, you need a high level of technical competence and design experience. A degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification and professional certifications are required.
You should be able to demonstrate that you:
* Hold a relevant degree;
* Have a proven track record in coordinating design solutions and managing project deliverables for civil engineering schemes;
* Are experienced in delivering designs in accordance with relevant standards;
* Maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships;
* Have experience managing multiple work streams/projects within programme and commercial governance, including cost forecasting;
* Use current design software to design, check, and audit civil engineering designs;
* Can supervise and mentor team members.
