BPAS are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operations (COO) & Chief Strategic Communications Officer (CSCO) and to ensure the smooth operation of the Operations and Communications Teams.
This position acts as a trusted partner to the COO and CSCO, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating strategic initiatives, and managing the daily flow of operations.
This is a permanent full time hybrid working arrangement, working for 36 hours per week where you will work from home and also our office in BPAS Leamington Spa. There is an expectation to travel to our London Office and BPAS Units nationwide depending on business needs.
Beyond handling traditional executive assistant duties such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication, this role also involves anticipating the needs of the COO and CSCO, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring that the operations and strategic communications functions align with the broader goals of the organisation.
The Executive Assistant to the COO and CCSO serves as a key liaison, balancing both strategic insights and tactical execution to help drive the company's strategic goals forward.
* Schedule and organise meetings, events, and appointments for the COO and CSCO.
* Draft, proofread, and edit communications to ensure professionalism and consistency.
* Manage sensitive organisational and data with discretion.
* Prepare presentations and reports to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
* Support the operations and communications teams in project planning and execution.
About You
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within Operations or Strategic Communications environments.
* Skills: Strong diary and email management, excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to create concise, impactful executive summaries and communications.
* Disposition: A passion for our mission, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Further Information
Location: Hybrid working between home and the BPAS Head Office in Leamington Spa. Will also include travel for meetings to London Office and BPAS units nationwide when required
Salary: £32,315 to £40,121 depending on skills and experience
Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 9am 5pm and Friday - 9am 3.30pm. NB: Shifts that are longer than 6 hours, will include a 30 minutes unpaid break.
