Job description:
* As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, youare personally responsible for providing a 1stClass Customer Service to our patients.
* Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
* You will support the Practice Manager and Clinic Director.
Salary:
* £27,000 plus discretionary bonus
Experience:
* Front of House experience preferred
* An understanding of ITsystems
* Training will beprovided over 2 weeks
This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
