In order to meet the needs of the school, the Governors would like to appoint a Level 3 TA to work within our SEN provision which will include 1:1 support, some group work and helping to maintain the environment. Our Koala Class is an internal SEN base that provides a bespoke curriculum and highly personalised support for a small group of children with high support needs. The successful candidate will be part of a team of staff who are flexible, responsive and nurturing. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and experienced individual, who should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare, child development or education. Experience of supporting children with autism and speech, language and communication differences is essential. We can offer a supportive work place where we aim to help children and adults flourish.
