We are a busy Occupational Health clinic in the centre of Aberdeen looking for a full time clinic based Administrator to join our team. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday in the centre of Aberdeen and our team are required to undertake a variety of duties including:
* Dealing with general enquiries and incoming phone calls
* Managing medical appointments including registration on our cloud based system, arranging consultations and issuing correct documentation and certification in a timely manner
* Participating in the triage process for management referrals and remote based appointments
* Formatting clinical reports in line with IMM procedures and ensuring all outcomes are delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements
* Case management for for post appointment care
* Liaising and organising appointments with network clinics
* Administrative audits
* Assist with purchase order and invoicing queries
* Providing Reception cover when required
* Participation in the Duty Manager rota
We are looking for candidates with:
* At least 1 year of administration experience desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Further education qualification desirable
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft inc. Outlook, Excel, Word
* Good standards of written English
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload as well as working as part of a Team
* Previous Occupational Health administration experience desirable
