DCT Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant for our client based in Deeside.
Responsibilities:
Updating progress tables based on engineer feedback.
Completing the stoppages table using site input
Reviewing subcontractor daily reports to update progress and identify issues.
Preparing daily reports
Taking and distributing meeting minutes
Performing other general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge of Excel
Proven experience as a Admin Assistant in the construction sector.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Document Control Software).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in M-File Document Management Platform will be preferable.
Salary £14-£15ph
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
