Here's a snapshot of the kinds of tasks you might be doing: Helping bring our final ceramic products to life Assembling and shaping clay with care Getting hands-on with general labour tasks Keeping our factory clean, tidy, and running smoothly ⚙️ Operating machinery safely and efficiently Carrying out visual checks on delicate ceramic pieces to maintain top quality Cleaning and preparing products for finishing Sponging away small imperfections to ensure every item looks its best This is a fast-paced and physical environment, so you'll be on your feet and working with your hands throughout your shift. ⚠️ A Few Things to Note: * The workplace can be dusty and warm, so it may not be suitable for people with certain conditions (e.g. asthma or skin sensitivity). * Some departments are noisy and require ear protection - all PPE is provided. * We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
