Role: Technology Consultant
Location: London (may travel to client sites throughout the UK)

Minimum Years of delivery experience: 3‑5 years
Industry Experience: Experience within the Energy and Utilities Industry sector
Responsibilities
* Work with the global delivery network to manage complex and large-scale technology projects
* Implement large-scale Business Transformations across key UK Energy and Utilities clients
* Provide solutions to real‑world problems in the Energy and Utilities industries, working at the forefront of topical areas
* Help shape the technology roadmap for both Accenture and clients
* Help client business owners navigate complex subject matters, breaking technical documentation into manageable blocks
* Provide expert advice within the utilities sector to define, design, build, test, and deploy solutions
* Effectively communicate with peers and clients in challenging circumstances
* Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on‑time and on‑budget
* Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work
* Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
* Work closely with clients to align their expectations with delivery plans
* Execute delivery across various methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
* Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and apply them in day‑to‑day operations
Qualifications & Skills
* At least 5 years of experience within the Energy or Utilities sector with knowledge of latest trends and challenges
* Implementation experience from large business transformation programs (ERP or CRM)
* Experience using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
* Understanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency Management
* Strong communication skills, including experience with Energy/Utilities clients
* Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
* Experience line managing resources and project managing a team
