Role: Sales Support

* Salary: £12.25 per hour + competitive bonus
* Location: Oldbury
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required


Responsibilities

* Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face
* Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
* Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understanding each customer’s needs on arrival and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month


Qualifications

* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience of delivering great customer service, from any industry
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude
* Positive attitude and alignment with our values: Proud, Honest, Supportive, Happy and Together
