This is a highly proactive, field-based role that blends prospecting, relationship building, in-person and virtual presenting, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with our Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless and successful partner experience. Key responsibilities: Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking to generate new leads. Recruit and launch Partner Agents in line with the regional sales plan. Cross-sell iamproperty’s full product suite. Build strong relationships with branch teams, managers and directors. Deliver training for larger opportunities with our Onboarding team. Maintain accurate pipeline management in the CRM. Represent iamproperty at industry events and act as a brand ambassador. Share market insights to support continual improvement. Act as a brand ambassador across all channels, living our group values. Stay organised to achieve the required number of daily appointments and activity levels. Share market and agent insights regularly to support continual learning and improvement across the business. What are we looking for? Estate Agency or B2B sales experience is essential Proven track record in hitting sales targets. Strong prospecting, presentation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organised and resilient. Comfortable travelling across the UK with overnight stays. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
