Support Desk Administrator, Runcorn £25k Our client is seeking a professional and hard working Support Desk Administrator for their state of the art hub in Runcorn. We would like to hear from ambitious and career driven candidates, capable of and have working experience dealing with the following- Maintaining and initial call log across several customer agreements Issue unique references to job cards across a variety of customers and see through to completion Manage the diaries of the Field Engineering team Allocate the ideal engineer to specific jobs, allowing for location, cost and skill base pertinent to each customer Input, monitor and manage cost targets using an in-house Accounting system. To include the purchase of parts against budget Direct communication with Field Engineers ordering and arranging delivery of parts to specified locations to expedite the completion of orders quickly Ensure in advance that all reliability, availability, maintainability and safety plus other health and safety requirements have been addressed prior to our Field Engineers arriving on site. Ensure Field Engineers have been issued relevant site permits. You will have an excellent telephone and manner throughout, despite working through stringent deadlines. You will have excellent PC skills.
