Responsibilities
As a Specialist Sales Person, you’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of the yard. Here’s what the job involves:
* Supporting customers in person and over the phone – with a friendly and knowledgeable service
* Preparing quotes and following up on enquiries – developing new sales opportunities
* Staying on top of admin and paperwork – to keep things running smoothly
* Keeping your product knowledge sharp – so you can offer the best advice to your customers
* Maintaining well‑stocked, welcoming displays and shop areas
* Collaborating with your team – to make sure everyone hits their targets
Qualifications & Preferences
We value individuality and believe your personality and skills are just as important as your experience. However, due to the nature of the sales involved role, knowledge and an interest in power tools and building materials would be advantageous. A strong understanding of power tools or previous experience in power tool sales would also be highly beneficial.
