About the Role
Recruit UK is working with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to add a Paraplanner or Trainee Paraplanner to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in paraplanning, or for an ambitious individual looking to begin a career in financial planning support.
You will work closely with Financial Planners to provide high-quality technical and administrative support, helping to deliver tailored financial advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
* Conducting research on financial products and solutions
* Assisting advisers with client meeting preparation
* Analysing client information and financial planning needs
* Supporting the advice process to ensure compliance with regulations
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
About You
For Experienced Paraplanners:
* Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial planning support role
* Strong report writing and research skills
* Good understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
* Ideally working towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning)
For Trainee Paraplanners:
* Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to study towards professional qualifications
