We're investing in our future — and fundraising is at the heart of that journey. We’re looking for an experienced Individual and Community Giving Manager to lead and grow our public fundraising programme across Regular Giving, Community Fundraising, Events, Appeals, Legacies, Lottery, Sponsorship and Digital. You’ll manage a talented team, develop supporter journeys, embed data-led decision making and drive income growth to help secure Raystede’s long-term future. We’re looking for someone with: · A strong track record in public fundraising · Experience managing multiple fundraising streams · Leadership and team development skills · Excellent storytelling, relationship-building and data literacy · A passion for ethical fundraising and animal welfare Some evening/weekend work required (TOIL provided). Full driving licence is essential.
