About Cloud Ursa
Cloud Ursa LTD, an information technology company based in Ely, Cambridgeshire is looking for an additional person to join the team.
We specialise in database technology, particularly customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce. We also have a track record delivering connectivity between systems using direct API interfaces and middleware solutions including scripts, platform as a service solutions like Zapier, IFTT, Make.com etc. Identity management solutions such as single sign on between systems and centralised identity management (IDP) is also one of our key knowledge areas.
The Role: A Leapfrog Opportunity
We aren't just looking for a "tech person." We are looking for a communicator and a problem-solver. While the core of our work is technical, our success is built on how we communicate those solutions to our clients. This role is unique because it sits at the intersection of technical delivery and business growth. You will start by supporting our technical projects and, as you learn the ropes, take an active hand in how we present ourselves to the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Technical Learning: Gaining hands‑on experience with Salesforce, API development, and middleware solutions (Zapier, Make.com).
* Problem Solving: Helping troubleshoot connectivity and data issues for a diverse range of clients.
* Communication & Marketing: Assisting with business development, social media management, and creating content that explains what we do to the London and Cambridgeshire markets.
* Identity Management: Learning the ins and outs of Single Sign‑On (SSO) and IDP solutions.

We can teach you the "IT stuff," but we can’t teach curiosity or clarity. We want to hear from you if:
* You are a natural communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and enjoy interacting with people.
* You love a puzzle: You don’t stop until you’ve figured out why something isn’t working.
* You are versatile: You’re equally comfortable looking at a database as you are drafting a marketing post or a client email.
* You are ambitious: You want a role that serves as a springboard into specialized technical consultancy, project management, or business operations.

Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
* Holiday: 28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays).
* Equipment: We provide all the kit you need to succeed, including a high‑spec laptop and any necessary peripherals for your workspace.
