Are you commercially savvy with a passion for the fast-moving world of consumer goods? We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support our sales and growth strategy across key accounts.
Location - Uxbridge/Greater London (site based)
Purpose of the role
* Support the Commercial Manager to exploit potential growth within the UK market and assist in the day-to-day management of accounts to deliver profitable business with excellent service levels and targeted growth.
* Involvement and influence in Account Management, commercial administration, forecasting, and customer interaction.
* Serve as the key contact and assist with project management for all NPD projects.
* Support the Snr Commercial Manager or Commercial Manager with account updates, reports, S&OP, and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
* P+L responsibility for a defined account to drive brand growth in line with business objectives.
* Maintain daily commercial contact for Accounts.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement customer plans, including in-store and online activation.
* Evaluate promotional performance and develop recommendations to maximize effectiveness.
* Conduct reporting and data analysis, creating action plans with the Snr or Commercial Manager.
* Manage supply chain reporting, including stock and shortage issues.
* Liaise with supply site planners to ensure full CSL.
* Oversee project management of NPD critical paths.
* Conduct weekly forecasting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage customer admin for specific accounts, including promotional nominations and EPOS analysis.
* Assist in delivering joint business plans with the Snr/Commercial Manager.
Skills & Knowledge
* Experience in Food Manufacturing.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Confident in presenting to internal and external parties.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* High integrity in business and personal dealings.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
*Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role*
