As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager to maintain excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. Your responsibilities include supporting daily operations such as rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be uniquely yours. You'll be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You are committed to making your Lounge the go-to spot for the local community. This role is challenging but rewarding.

What you'll bring
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience in a bar environment with food and drinks service
* A passion for hospitality and talent in managing people
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
* Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
* Self-motivated and able to work efficiently under pressure
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, and NPS best practices
