We are looking for an individual with strong communication and planning skills to join our administration team based in Aldershot.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Update Field Engineers work schedules and assist with daily workload.
* Provide accurate data entry using internal spreadsheets, updating, and completing corporate reporting suites and databases.
* Routine office tasks such as updating data, filing engineers reports and ordering supplies.
* Offering telephone support to site-based Field Engineers involved on various projects.
Person specification:
* Strong motivation and commitment.
* Planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Computer literature with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
* Be able to communicate in a cheerful, friendly and helpful manner.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
