Office Manager Location: York Salary: £35,000 discretionary year-end bonus Notice Period: 1 month Start Date: ASAP Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Office Manager to take ownership of core admin, compliance, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape internal systems, manage high-volume correspondence, and support strategic operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day office administration, including meeting coordination and information gathering. * Oversee a monthly office budget .ensuring spend is tracked and optimised * Implement and refine internal processes and strategies * Handle all outbound and inbound correspondence and compliance documentation * Maintain organised filing systems—both paper and digital—for all records and legal documents * Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards * Add incoming enquiries to CRM and ensure all relevant parties are copied in * Support potential onboarding of new clients and related documentation * Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns Tools & Systems * E-mail software * Microsoft 365 * Bespoke systems What We’re Looking For * Highly organised and self-sufficient * Comfortable working across across all areas of the business * Strong attention to detail and process ownership * Able to manage volume with precision and pace * Discreet, reliable, and proactive—someone who “does what needs to be done” Perks * Discretionary year-end bonus * Collaborative, fast-paced environment * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension 3%/5% * 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
