Interim Treasurer Role (6-Month Contract )

We’re partnering with a renewable energy, PE-backed business. This is a high-impact opportunity to bring clarity, structure, and strategic input into a Treasury function that is currently stretched, manual, and under-resourced.
\n\n
\n\n
What You’ll Do:
\n\n
\n\t
* Provide hands-on support acting as an experienced pair of hands to help manage the day-to-day and reduce workload pressure.
\n\t
* Lead a strategic review of the Treasury function – identify inefficiencies, embed best practices, and propose improvements to support growth and maturity.
\n\t
* Drive process improvements – streamline manual operations and implement scalable solutions.
\n\t
* Support key Treasury projects, including refinancing (with a focus on receivables) and other funding initiatives.
\n\t
* Collaborate with the CFO to shape and deliver the broader Treasury strategy and ensure alignment with the business’s medium-to-long-term objectives.
\n\t
* Offer insight and direction to better inform the team’s future goals and operational approach.
\n

What We’re Looking For:
\n\n
\n\t
* Proven experience in senior Treasury roles, ideally at the interim or consulting level.
\n\t
* Strong background in process improvement and best practice implementation.
\n\t
* Hands-on experience with refinancing, particularly receivables-based structures.
\n\t
* Ability to work closely with CFOs and senior leadership on strategy.
\n\t
* Experience in Private Equity-backed businesses highly preferred.
\n\t
* Comfortable rolling up sleeves, managing day-to-day work, and mentoring junior team members.
