Our Enterprise Architecture function plays a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation scales, innovates and delivers value. The team partners closely with business and technology leaders to align strategy, explore innovation, and design operating models that enable transformation at pace. We are looking for a Business Architect to support senior executives in shaping strategy, designing operating models, and guiding transformation across the organisation. This highly influential role builds strong relationships with business and technology leaders to ensure clarity, alignment and delivery of targeted business outcomes. We need you to: Guide the development of business and operating models that support strategic goals and transformation priorities. Build business architecture deliverables such as capability models, value streams, and strategic roadmaps. Partner with leaders to align business and IT, ensuring investment decisions are informed, transparent and outcome‑focused. This is a strategic and high‑impact role, where you’ll bring a collaborative mindset, strong analytical capability and the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders. A degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience shaping strategy, business architecture, or organisational transformation in a complex environment. We’ll ask you about your experience facilitating multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of business capabilities, operating models, value streams and business process design. What’s in it for you?
