A well-established and growing multi-site organisation is seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join its Head Office finance team in Antrim. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to build strong group reporting experience while working closely with senior finance leadership in a supportive, forward-looking environment. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Newly Qualified Accountant will support the production of group financial reporting and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, strong controls, and timely statutory compliance across the business. This position is ideal for a first move post-qualification, offering exposure to group accounting, audit, and process improvement within a commercial setting. The Opportunity £40k - £45k salary Bonus scheme potential 29 days leave Company pension Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly group management accounts within set deadlines. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions across the group. Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for management reporting packs. Support VAT, Corporation Tax, and other statutory returns, including Intrastat where applicable. Assist with the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors. Support the review and improvement of financial controls, processes, and policies. Ensure financial information is prepared in line with internal procedures and external requirements. Candidate Profile Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong technical foundation with a commercial mindset. Advanced or strong Excel skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop within a group finance role.
