These services support young adults with a range of diagnoses including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Some individuals may also require physical support and medication management.This is an exciting opportunity as the services you oversee may expand due to planned growth and development in the area.As Cluster Team Manager, you will:Lead and manage a team of Support Workers
across multiple supported living settingsEnsure high standards of person-centred care and compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport the Registered Area Manager in coaching and developing staffWork a mix of off-shift management time and at least 1 day per week directly with the people we supportBe flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as neededTravel regularly between services - a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essentialYou'll need to have:Experience supporting adults with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilitiesExperience with Positive Behaviour Support plansGood IT and record-keeping skillsA Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or be willing to work towards it within 18 months)A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach to leadershipWhat we offer:£500 Welcome Bonus2x salary life cover (up to individual state pension age)Aspirations Perks - exclusive
