Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Contract: Temporary (4 months, 1st Oct to 31st Jan)
Are you organised, enthusiastic, and proactive? We have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team at Stockport Kia on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract to support the Dealership as it goes through a redevelopment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
As a key member of the Team, you’ll support the full Dealership by:
1. Transporting vehicles to and from our Gregg St compound to the Dealership and our Bodyshop
2. Supporting the wider team by using vehicle logs to improve efficiency
3. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness – inside and out
4. Driving safely and in accordance with all traffic regulations, while promptly reporting any defects, damage, or incidents
What We're Looking For:
5. Excellent organisational skills
6. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments
7. A proactive and collaborative attitude
8. A full UK driving licence is essential
Previous experience in a similar role or fast-paced automotive environment is desirable, but not essential – we welcome applications from individuals looking to start or grow their career in the motor industry.
