You’ll also play a key role in developing new and existing technical training material and offerings that will blow our engineers’ minds! This exciting role will take you on frequent travels to other locations within the UK, with occasional overseas travel. You’ll have the chance to stay overnight as and when required, exploring new places and meeting new people.# **We offer:****Your responsibilities will include:*** Delivering engaging and dynamic training to technical staff and group colleagues, ensuring that style and content are consistent with agreed standards.* Devising world class technical training programs according to organisational requirements, incorporating delegate feedback to enhance training offerings.* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Basingstoke Training Centre, ensuring a safe, organised, and professional environment for all training activities.* Manage and maintain all training assets, including vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.* Using your own leaning skills, knowledge, and creativity, as well as available resources, to develop new or updated training materials and courses that is engaging and dynamic.* Ensuring that all completed training is recorded on central training records.* Providing support to Technical Support Teams for 1-2-1 coaching as required.* Delivering technical training courses across the UK Group Network in line with requirements.* Determining the overall effectiveness of programs and providing feedback to the Technical Training & Development Manager on any improvements or new opportunities for continuous improvement of training offerings.* Assisting in the development and production of training programs and materials, working with other departments in the UK and overseas as appropriate to keep our engineer ahead of the competition.* Supporting all ‘Train the Trainer’ programs and related forums/seminars/technical workshop activities, including Regional local initiatives.* Taking an active role in the development and training related to initiatives such as (but not limited to) the Linde Engineer Apprentice program.* Highlighting role model or poor candidate behaviours when appropriate.* Assisting with maintenance of the ‘training library’ and completing all required training-related administration for accurate record keeping, registration, documentation, and traceability of materials and activities as required.* Providing support to the technical support team as required, including customer visits, technical workshops, or other technically based activities.
