We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Specialist to join the TUI digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in Programmatic advertising across DSPs like DV360 and Amazon, focusing on Display and Video campaigns and other consideration-driving formats.
Your responsibilities will include setting up impactful brand and direct response programmatic campaigns, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager – Display & Video and Google representatives to optimize campaigns based on best practices, and implementing innovative, test-and-learn strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to leverage data-driven automation and ensure creative alignment across channels to promote products and destinations effectively.
You will also partner with Google and other agencies to stay updated on industry developments, identify new opportunities, and test new formats. Your scope will include campaigns across TUI's various brands, including TUI Flights, Marella Cruises, TUI Tours, and TUI River Cruises. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager – Display & Video and support the Programmatic Executive.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work remotely and join the Luton office once a week.

Key Responsibilities
* Media Activation: Identify new opportunities and manage media buying for Display & Video campaigns.
* Campaign Delivery: Activate campaigns, ensuring setup and optimization align with best practices.
* Campaign Reporting: Generate and communicate campaign reports, ensuring data accuracy and issue resolution.
* Troubleshooting: Monitor campaign delivery and address setup issues proactively.
* Forecasting: Provide regular performance forecasts and recommend efficiency improvements.
* Audience Creation: Assist in creating audience segments and testing opportunities.
* Ad Operations: Coordinate with agencies for trafficking and tag management.
* Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and contribute to innovative initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about Programmatic advertising, eager to test and evolve channels.
* Experience with DSPs like DV360; familiarity with CM360 and Google Analytics is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with marketing tech tools.
* Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
* Detail-oriented with analytical thinking to optimize campaigns.
* Knowledge of SSPs and marketing tech stacks (e.g., Tealium, Adobe) is advantageous.
