MB are partnering with a leading fresh food manufacturer who supply a range of high-quality, natural products to customers across the UK and Europe. The business is renowned for its consistency, innovation, and commitment to sustainable sourcing. They are now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to support continued growth in the European B2B market. This is a permanent role, based in London. Hybrid.


Reporting to the Managing Director, the National Account Manager will take ownership of key customer relationships across the UK and Europe. The role will focus on managing and developing existing B2B accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities across food manufacturing, retail, and wholesale channels.


Key Responsibilities:


* Manage and grow key customer accounts across European markets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within B2B and retail channels.
* Lead commercial negotiations and ensure delivery of agreed sales targets.
* Work collaboratively with production, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.


What We're Looking For:


* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar in the food industry (fresh, chilled, or short shelf-life products ideal).
* Strong track record of B2B sales and customer development across UK or European markets.
* Commercially astute, results-driven, and confident in managing complex negotiations.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English; a second European language would be advantageous.
* Willingness to travel within Europe as required.


Package: £50 – 55k plus benefits
