Home Manager – Peterlee – Permanent Full‑Time/Part‑Time
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home.
* Ensure quality of care and comply with CQC, safeguarding and other regulatory guidelines.
* Recruit, develop, motivate and retain a high‑performing care team.
* Implement and maintain health and safety, clinical care, and business performance standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain excellent resident experience.
* Maintain strong links with local community, families and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience
* Inspirational leadership and proven track record in developing and motivating care teams.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, compliance and quality assurance.
* Excellent organisational and management skills with experience in care‑home operations, marketing and occupancy.
* Capability to communicate effectively at all levels and build community links.
* Experience in a Good or Outstanding rated care home is desirable.
