Graduate Software Engineer – London – £25,000 to £32,000 + Fantastic Benefits

I'm working with an exceptional tech client based in London who are looking to hire top-tier Computer Science graduates into their Graduate Software Engineer programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career at a company that truly invests in its engineers and gives them the tools, mentorship, and projects to grow fast.

My client is a dynamic and fast-growing technology business with a reputation for solving complex, high-impact problems across a range of industries. They work with a broad tech stack – lots of Python, TypeScript, AWS, and more – but the key here is mindset over language. They care more about your ability to think, solve problems, and pick things up quickly than your experience with any specific toolset.
The Role
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll be joining a talented and supportive engineering team. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, contributing to live projects and rotating through different teams to find where you shine. There’s a structured training programme, mentorship from senior engineers, and plenty of opportunities to make an impact early.
What They’re Looking For
* 1st Class BSc in Computer Science (or related degree) from a top UK university – e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, etc.
* Strong fundamentals in programming, algorithms, and software design
* Passion for learning new technologies and building real-world systems
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A year in industry or strong internship experience is highly desirable
* Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the London office
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Comprehensive training programme and mentorship from top engineers
