What you’ll contribute
* Create lessons that last – Using a tailored learning approach and our smart learning tool Compass, empower students to overcome challenges and progress.
* Create lasting relationships – Work in small group sessions with a 1:6 ratio, building strong connections with your students.
* Create change – Support students through the national curriculum, entrance exams and GCSE preparation, celebrating meaningful progress.

* Commitment – Ideal for those seeking long‑term stability; at least six hours per week over two days between 3:30 pm and 4 pm on weekdays.
Pay rates & progression
* Under 18: £8 per hour
* 18‑20: £10.05 per hour
* 21+: £12.25 per hour
* +£0.50 per hour for work in a centre inside the M25
You will start at the base rate for your age group, with an annual opportunity to increase pay based on the number of hours tutored.

Requirements
* Achieved grade 5 or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE level or equivalent; predicted grades accepted if results are within the next three months.
* Age 16 or over and right to work in the UK.
