* Gloucester Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

* Competitive basic salary of up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Performance-related monthly bonus scheme with potential annual earnings of £40,000 to £45,000
* Overtime available, paid at time and a half, including Saturdays - 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service

* Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
* Ensure all faults are accurately diagnosed and reported to the Workshop Controller
* Maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and performance through high-quality workmanship
* Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality procedures at all times
* Work efficiently within a team to meet productivity targets
* Keep thorough records of work carried out and parts used
* Assist with vehicle inspections and roadside diagnostics as required
* Support colleagues in a professional, customer-focused environment Requirements:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Valid UK driving licence
* Preferably hold an active MOT licence
* Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced environment
* Strong team player with good communication skills
* Motivated individual with a proactive approach to work
* Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
