A leading engineering consultancy renowned for delivering mission–critical projects is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. The firm values technical excellence and strong client relationships and seeks someone with a solid background in mechanical building services design to help drive further success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing, developing, and delivering high‑performance mechanical building services systems for complex, high‑stakes projects.
* Collaborating closely with senior directors and the engineering team to ensure quality and innovation across all stages of delivery.
* Providing technical leadership, supporting junior designers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in mechanical building services design, preferably within large‑scale or mission‑critical environments.
* Strong engineering judgment and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with relevant design codes, standards, and software.
