About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Morrisons, your primary purpose is to drive the recruitment and selection process to secure top talent for our business.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. With a focus on attracting diverse candidates who embody our values and culture, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high performing teams that drive our business forward.
This role will initially be on a 12-month fixed-term contract as we grow our team, however, we can talk to you more about permanent opportunities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Full ownership of end to end recruitment process, from role design/initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
2. Managing candidate offer/ benefits package with support where needed from internal employee relations with the People / Reward team
3. Building strong pipelines of candidates by utilising effective sourcing strategies e.g. LinkedIn, internal networks and our ATS
4. Delivering screened shortlisted candidates where candidates have been fully qualified according to the brief.
