About the Role:
As a Business Development Graduate, you will be empowered to be the CEO of your territory and manage your own clients. No two days will be the same. Three days a week will be field-based, involving driving to client sites, demonstrating products, and selling directly to customers. The other two days will be spent collaborating with your team in the office, calling customers to find new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
Your journey with KEYENCE will start with a comprehensive in-house training programme, combining classroom learning and on-the-job training with experienced sales mentors. This will give you a strong technical understanding of our products and help develop your commercial skills to sell effectively.
