Required background: Housebuilding
As part of the Design and Technical team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative housing developments. This team plays a vital role in shaping our schemes — from researching sustainable, cost-effective materials to managing the technical design process across a diverse range of sites.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you’ll coordinate external consultants, secure technical approvals, discharge planning conditions, and ensure all design information is ready to support efficient site starts and smooth construction delivery.
