What the Job Involves As a PRS Letting Negotiator, you will lead individual negotiations to secure affordable private rented accommodations for residents, focusing on homelessness prevention and relief. Your responsibilities include generating leads, inspecting properties, matching prospective tenants with available properties, and ensuring properties are let quickly. You will liaise with landlords, conduct property viewings, assist tenants with benefits applications, and use IT systems for record-keeping. Participation in service development, advertising the Council’s Private Renting Scheme, and providing administrative support are also key aspects of the role.
