Responsibilities
* Conducting daily inspections of units to ensure they meet our strict quality standards
* Playing a key role in the induction and training of new and existing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion
* Mentoring new and existing team members, ensuring they understand and embody our company culture
* Ensuring the efficient use of products and materials by all team members, strictly following sustainability guidelines
* Leading by example at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continual improvement
* Being a great teammate, supporting your department and the resort as a whole
* Assigning accommodations to each team member
Skills And Experience Required To Fulfil The Role Include
* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is crucial
* The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literacy
* Motivational and negotiation skills are advantageous
* The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* A ‘can do’ and positive approach
The successful candidate will work three days a week, 24 hours total, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a shift/rota basis.
