We're looking for an organised and proactive Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR team in Poole. This role supports all aspects of the recruitment process and requires someone who can hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities:
Post job adverts, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications
Maintain accurate records and support onboarding checks
Use recruitment systems and HR software to track applications and update data
Act as a first point of contact for recruitment queries
What you'll need:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration
Familiarity with recruitment systems and applicant tracking software
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to start immediately
