The Role
Were looking for reliable and experienced
MHE Operators
to join a busy warehouse team in Desborough. Youll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly and safely
operating forklifts and pallet trucks, loading trailers, and supporting general warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operate warehouse equipment safely (reach trucks, counterbalance, pallet trucks)
Load and unload trailers efficiently
Handle relevant paperwork and documentation
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Report any issues with stock, racking, or equipment
Follow all health & safety procedures and complete pre-operational checks
Be flexible and willing to train across multiple areas and equipment types
Candidate Requirements
Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (in-house licences accepted)
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must have own transport or reliable commute to Desborough
Whats on Offer
Pay rates from £13.74 to £21.10 per hour
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
rotating days (06:0018:00) and nights (18:0006:00)
Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Your induction will include:
