You'll be in a strategic leadership role within Digital Customer Experience’s (DCX) Business Technology practice in the UK. You will be responsible for ServiceNow sales and presales opportunities across the UK, involving a mix of sales, programme management, and technical delivery. Your focus will be on driving ServiceNow implementation and ensuring the success of ServiceNow initiatives within the business.
Your role
* Drive sales activities and business development around ServiceNow solutions, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key clients.
* Lead the sales process from pre-sales to contract signing, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
* Collaborate with the sales team to design, scope, and pitch innovative ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
* Identify market trends and client needs, aligning ServiceNow offerings to drive sales growth.
* Act as the primary contact for senior client and internal stakeholders, establishing trust and delivering results in strategic ServiceNow engagements.
* Work with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business units to understand requirements and tailor solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow leadership and key partners for ongoing collaboration.
Your skills and experience
* Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and analytics, with implementation best practices.
* Familiarity with HR processes and employee experience strategies, including workflow design and implementation.
* Knowledge of customer experience strategies, customer journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms.
* Proficiency in technical aspects such as system integration, data migration, scripting, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Understanding of change management principles to support adoption and training.
* Experience in sales and consulting, including building demonstrations and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Your security clearance
Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is required, which involves specific residency and nationality criteria. You will be asked about your security clearance eligibility during the recruitment process, including questions about your residence and citizenship. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.
