Support Administrator
Full Time – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Coalville
Hours: Monday to Thursday office hours – Friday 1.15pm finish!
Basic Salary: £12.21 Per Hour plus pay increment upon Permanent offer

Due to growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Support Administrator to join their Administration team as a Support Administrator on a Full Time Temporary to Permanent basis.
Support Administrator role:
To work in a busy but friendly office environment
Deal with incoming customer queries via email and telephone as a Support Administrator
Process quotations and orders within a timely manner
Maintain knowledge on pricing and quotations provided as a Support Administrator
Be an active team player and demonstrate a can do attitude
Scan sales orders and appropriately file away as a Support Administrator
Demonstrate multitasking ability in at times, a busy environment
Deal with a wide range of customers via email and telephone
Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Support Administrator
Support Administrator Candidate:
Ability to work under pressure individually or as part of a team in a busy but friendly environment.
Ability for communicate clearly with all external and internal contacts by email and telephone essential
Attention to detail is essential.
Experience of SAP would be an advantage
Previous experience as a Customer Support Administrator.
An understanding of the value of good customer service is essential
